The Role of Quantity Surveyors in spreading factual info to the World. (How we do it)
> The Contribution
• Preparing tender and contract documents
• undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance work
• Assisting in establishing a client’s requirement and undertaking feasibility studies
• Performing risks and value management and cost control
• Advising or procurement strategy
• Identifying , analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
• Preparing and analysing costings for tenders
• Allocating work to subcontractors
• Provide advise on contractual claims
• Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
• Valuing completed work and arranging payment
• Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use
• Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations
• must have strong financial, analytical, interpretive and teamwork skills

Why do we need to spread the facts to the world.

• Are they still based on the believes of ______, sitting there and waiting for mercy, or are they already aware of the facts that are about to come?
